This unit is large enough for long term living or for full time touring.

It is the 2007 model, being 31 feet in length, sitting on twin axles with tyers being approx 80% and with two electrically operated slide-outs. 240 volt mains hook-up. 240/12 volt internal electrics. Spare wheel and tyre.

The habitation unit is as follows.

Fitted Kitchen with single hob/oven and microwave. Hot and cold running water. Large fridge freezer. Blown air central heating(propane/electric) and air-con throughout.

Mains water hook up. Fresh/Grey and black water storage tanks. Plenty of belly locker storage.

The Dining area comes with table and four chairs.

The Lounge area has a two seater sofa (which can be pulled down into a bed). A Leather Lazy-boy reclining arm chair and matching foot-stool. 42" inch TV and Blue ray DVD player with home cinema surround sound system/speakers and Sub-Woofer. Plenty of overhead lockers and cupboard space. All windows are tinted and have fly screens/blinds and pelmets.

The Bedroom has a fixed double bed with new mattress and storage space beneath. An on-suite shower,toilet and hand basin/vanity mirror. Hanging wardrobe has mirror sliding doors. Floor is carpeted.
