A 3 bedroom 2005 Abi Arizona. The caravan can sleep up to 8 people with 1 double bedroom, 2
twin bedrooms and a double pull out in the lounge. Ideally located just 5-10 minute walk to the
main resort . The caravan has a fantastic range of features to make your stay a home from home
experience. To the side of the caravan is a patio area with patio furniture and a private tarmac parking
space.
Lounge
The wrap around fixed seating provides ample room for the whole family. With a feature
fireplace incorporating a gas fire, a 32" freeview television and DVD player the lounge provides
a relaxing atmosphere. The wrap around dining area is ideal for family meals.
Kitchen
The open plan design leads from the lounge to the kitchen which is fully equipped with
everything you need for your Butlins self catering holiday, including an upright fridge with small
freezer compartment, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom consists of a double bed with overhead cupboards and shelving, double
wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool.
The twin bedrooms consist of 2 single beds and a single wardrobe. Convector heaters are supplied to keep you warm in the cooler months.
Bathroom
The bathroom contains a toilet, sink and shower enclosure.
Safety
For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and a fire
extinguisher
