I live in my house for 9 yrs everything was good until 4yrs ago .. I add dogs come though my garden fence then them block it up to stop the dogs getting back on there own garden then I was going vegetables for the homeless people next door put paint all over them .. what would you do about it email me just look at the pictures you see the paint all over my veg what next door done to them
