Feels Mechanically sound, 18k 
Brand new: 
tyres, chain/sprockets, adjusters, levers, bearings, cush, pegs, battery, fuel tank, speed cable, fork seals n dust seals, taper roller headrace/steering bearings, oil n plug. Nearly new exhaust of bike which had done couple hundred miles. 
Got pads but didn't need changing to go with bike. 
Bit rusty, small nick in seat n front guard repaired with rivots just being honest b4 someone views.
