The caravan is located on the Brynowen Holiday Park in Borth near Aberystwyth, you can catch the train from the midlands to Borth it is 10 minute walk away from the caravan. The site is only a 5 minute walk from the Borth blue flag beach where there is also a small Nisa Supermarket/Post Office with a Cafe/Bistro upstairs, another cafe and a beach shop, there is also a swimming pool, laundrette/shower room and entertainment club on site along with beatufil views of the surrounding area from the caravan itself. It is ideally located as a base to explore the mid Wales coastline, with the many towns and villages and many attractions and places of interest to suit all tastes and budgets.
Attractions nearby include the Vale of Rheidol Railway, King Arthurs Labyrinth, Borth Animalarium and of course the beautiful Aberystwyth Castle. There are more shops, bars, pubs and eating places further into Borth along the High Street and at the end there is Borth Golf Course. Just a short drive out of Borth (approx. 1.5 miles) to Ynyslas there are the world famous sand dunes and beach, there is all-day parking on the beach by the estuary where you will also find the Nature Reserve. Caravan is 3 bedroom its sleeps up to 8 people , 37 feet long by 12 feet wide. All site facilities are within easy walking distance from it's position. i rent the caravan out all year round for 12 months of the year & dogs are excepted on site i have proof of the caravan being rented out yearly, You do not have to change the caravan after 10 years as there is no age limit once purchased as long as it is maitained to a reasonable standard. the contract can be done at the caravan park offices my number is 01384 591300 or 07957734157.
