i have a 2bed in Shard End Birmingham , front and rear garden, DG and CH. long rectangle shaped front room, giving a view of trees and bushes from the front garden.the kitchen spacious connect for a gas cooker. with a dishwaser (which we are leaving behind) . the main bedroom, is large, with a built in box, which is situated above the stairs. the other bedroom is plenty bigger enough for a double bed, and other furniture. the bathroom is in process 0f being decorated as you can see in the pics, has shower above the bath. the rear garden is decent size, but does need tlc, as we barely use it.
its a midland heart property. with cheap rent.
