Alloys with 4 Decent tyres.
Loads of service history and paperwork
Including a cambelt change and clutch and flywheel.
Last year had all new front suspension.

Power steering, Electric windows, Air con, Cruise control, Steering wheel controls, Parking sensors, Half leather interior.

As expected for a car of its age it has a couple of minor niggles

Every now and then the speedo and rev counter will read incorrect. This is a common issue on these cars it tends to correct itself after a day or 2

Slight tensioner squeal when under load at low revs

Rear bumper cracked

The car drives spot on with no smoke or hesitation
