Bmw N57 Swirl Flap Delete

BMW Swirl flaps are fitted to most BMW Diesel engines. When they become loose they can rattle off into the engines combustion chamber this in effect can cause excessive internal damage to the engine.

What can we do?
We will remove the Swirl Flaps from your inlet manifold, Steam clean your inlet manifold to break down and eliminate any carbon build up. Clean any carbon build up on EGR Valve, Replace old gaskets with New Gaskets, Install blanks or bung depending on which inlet you have. We then clean down any exposed oil and carbon then Re-install Inlet
