CRIS registered and the documents are in my name.
It has got a separate shower cubicle (as shown in pics).
The L shaped front seating area converts into a double bed, and the side diner converts into bunk beds.
Full size gas cooker, Fridge with Ice Box, built in microwave.
Blow air central heating.
Only selling as we have now upgraded to a twin axle caravan.
There is a full All Season Camptech Savannah DL Awning, which is just over 12 months old including sleeping annex with inner tent, which is just over 6 months old this can be included in the sale if sold close to the full asking price as it's nearly £1000 worth of equipment, but will not fit our new caravan.
The fire only works on the gas, but this has never bothered us.
Please bear in mind that this is a 15 year old caravan, so obviously there are going to be some age related marks on it.
Viewing is recommended, as for its age it's a really nice caravan, and been well looked after.
The caravan is on a site in Cleobury Mortimer, and can be viewed there any weekend with prior arrangements.
It will also come with 2 gas bottles, Winterhoff hitch lock, and electric hook up lead.
