DFG Surveyor required immediately in the Black Country area to carry out surveys for level access showers and wet rooms, for social housing and private occupiers on a 3 month contract.

The role will be home based, with a laptop and mobile phone provided.

As the DFG Surveyor, you will be expected to:

* Take work to contractors and negotiate the best prices.
* Oversee work carried about by contractors and ensure it is completed to the highest standard.
* Complete both pre and post-inspections.

I'd be excited to speak to DFG Surveyors who have experience in:

* Working knowledge of DFG, Part M and all building reg's in design and application.
* Understanding SOR against actual works.
* Contract management, orders, variations, payments (promaster ideally)
* Ability to manage contractors rather than own workforce.
* Able to use Excel.
