Engagement Officer

An exciting position has become available for an Engagement Officer to join a friendly team in Black Country. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week and will earn £22,000-£25,000 per annum.  

The main objectives of the role will be to engage with referring agencies to source participant; to engage employers source placements and vacancies and to support a caseload of participants from induction through to sustained progression.

Role Requirements

Successful track record of recruitment and/or sales
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Knowledge of local young people networks
Driving Licence and access to vehicle
Tenacious, not afraid of cold calling, door knocking and knock backs
Extremely enthusiastic and energetic
Personable and able to communicate easily
Self-Motivated and can work on own Initiative
Team player
