Here I have my GTX 970 graphics card for sale

The graphics card was working perfectly around 3 months ago but now iv tried it the graphics card works fine but the fans don't spin anymore I don't know what's wrong with it could be a simple fix for someone that ones what they are doing. It would be perfect for a watercooled build as it works spot on no problems at all it's just the fans don't spin
