HR Adviser - Dudley MBC
I am currently recruiting for a HR Adviser for Dudley MBC.
37 hours Per Week - £14.32 per hour LTD rate of pay
The ideal candidate will have:
*Demonstrate experience of providing a range of HR and OD Services at an operational level
*An understanding of how customers service objectives relates to the HR and OD function
*Experience of advising and supporting all levels of managers and staff on all disciplines relating to HResource and OD issues
*CIPD Level 5 qualified, along with a minimum of 12 months post qualifying experience or equivalent
*Evidence of continuous professional development and keeping up to date with employment law and best practice across all sectors
*A Knowledge of Equality legislation
*Knowledge and understanding of current Employment legislation
*Knowledge of Local Government/Public Sector and Teachers terms and conditions.
