Niyaa People are working with a leading Housing Association within the Midlands who are currently looking for a Welfare Benefits Advisor to join their team and support customers by ensuring appropriate information and advice is given to assist them in sustaining tenancies. This opportunity is on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As the Welfare Benefits Advisor, your duties will be:

* To provide appropriate information and advice to assist customers in sustaining tenancies, including welfare benefits.
* Delivering an effective and efficient money management service that provides advice on income maximisation and financial management.
* Supporting customers to minimise potential risks to tenancy sustainability and refer to internal and external services, organisations and statutory authorities.
* Work effectively with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure the best support service to our customers that ensure their income is maximised.
