Pertemps are currently supporting the recruitment of an Operations Manager for a double glazing company based in Wolverhampton serving the West Midlands. With a proven track record of providing the highest standard of customer service, my award winning client have annual turnover of over £4 million, providing 40-50 installations a week, they are looking for someone with leadership, operational support and drive to take them to the next level.

Role Objective

* Be responsible for approximately 20 staff including installers, surveyors & support staff, to organise and drive continuous improvement within our Operations Department

* Support the Operations Director in co-ordinating product delivery, installations and our after sales service, whilst constantly striving to exceed our customers' expectations
