Postpartum doula support package

As a postnatal doula I ensure that the families and mother are appropriately supported in her transition to motherhood and help her to find her own way in her new role.
My role is not to tell mother what to do, but to encourage and inspire her to follow her inner maternal instinct, which she innately has.

The benefit of having a postnatal doula:
More time to rest (lying period for mother and baby)
Your domestic work will be done, less to worry about (more time for mother and baby bonding)
Home cook nutritious meals to aid your recovery (if breastfeeding can these meal will produce more milk)
Hands on support and someone to talk to (advice and Guidance)

My services include the following;

Providing support with feeding choices and options, which will enable you to feel confident.
· Assist with caring for the older children or the new baby, while mom is resting etc.
· Emotional support (listening ear and non-judgmental support).
· Grocery shopping (funds to be provided by client in advance).

· Accompany to appointment mother and baby groups etc.
· Overnight support by prior arrangement.
