Domus are pleased to be working with a progressive, forward thinking organisation based in the West Midlands to recruit for a Project Manager.

This organisation provides person centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues across a wide range of services including community support, supported living and re-ablement services.

They are paying between £20,000 and £25,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.

Role Responsibility

* Supervise a staff team to provide a high standard of support for individuals using the service.
* Assist the Support Coordinator with the planning of staff rotas on a monthly and weekly basis, ensuring shifts are fully covered with minimal use of agency staff.
