We are looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join a fast-growing organisation delivering specialist care and support to children aged 8 to 18. The vacancies are within a 2 bed service based in Wolverhampton. The post will involve working as part of a team to support 2 young people with learning disabilities and Autism. The shifts are from 9.45pm to 7.15am and the rota pattern is 3 nights on and 3 nights off.
Duties will include maintaining a safe environment for the young people, domestic duties such as cleaning, washing and ironing and completing daily care plans.
All applicants must have previous experience supporting young people within a residential, supported living or semi supported living environment. A QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People is essential.
