We are looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join a fast-growing organisation delivering specialist care and support to children aged 8 to 18. We have a number of full-time permanent positions in Wolverhampton. The post will involve working as part of a team to support 2 young people with learning disabilities. The pattern is 3 days on and 3 days off. This pattern forms a rolling rota, each shift starts at 7am and finishes at 10pm.
Duties will include personal care, supporting the young people to attend educational classes, facilitating community-based activities and attending appointments with the young people.
All applicants must have previous experience supporting young people within a residential, supported living or semi supported living environment. A QCF Level in Children and Young People is essential.
