Regrettably I am selling my pristine 1998 Rover Coupe 1.6 in Tahiti Blue (the best colour in my opinion, and i've owner a flip colour purple one).

Removable T Top (glass bag in boot i believe)
12 Months MOT
105k (you wouldn't believe it, head-gasket done at 99k)
Recent engine and Body Work (no more dreaded rust)
Good rear spoiler (the lacquer always peels off these first)
2 Original Rover Keys and Fobs.
Some service history.
Privacy Tints all Around (inc Sunstrip)
Lowered (not slammed, gives it a better stance in my opinion).

Now about the car in my ownership:

Ive spent over £1700 on this car in three years, and the only reason i'm selling is because after a 4 year search i have finally found a Tahiti Blue 2ltr Turbo Tomcat.

When I brought this car it was tired and unloved, had been left in the elements.
So with me its had literally a new lease of life.
Its had engine work including : Headgasket, Waterpump, Cambelt, CamSeals, Thermostat, And 3 services over the time with me (all since around 99k), RockerCover Gasket, k&n

the body:
All rust cut out arches and replaced with fresh metal.
Both Sides resprayed to a professional standard (paint is like glass)
The only reason the bumper and bonnet weren't done is they were deemed too good.

Then the inside:
Cream cloth interior was professionally cleaned and is now very clean, floor carpets also.
The car has never had pets in, however there is a cigarette burn in the drivers seat (very small, and not done whilst in my ownership).

There are only two things on the car that need doing:
It needs a new rocker cover gasket as the one on is a bit weepy. (£10MAX)
And it needs a new cap for the header tank, still holds pressure however you can hear it hiss occasionally. (£5MAX FROM SCRAPYARD).

A choice of alloys will be offered with the car as I want to keep the MG Straights. for my other Coupe.

I am a true rover enhusiast and have loved TomCats and Metro's for years.
