The Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a Senior role and have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. A full driving license and own transport is essential. Duties Include: Providing Personal Care to service users. Carrying out Assessment's on new packages. Carrying out Spot Checks & On-Site Supervisions. Completing Reviews with Service user's and family members. Having the on-call phone on a rota basis. Covering Shifts when required. Managing care staff within the field. Office Duties.
