In good condition for it's age, selling as spares or repairs due to no guarantee being implied or given to the appliances or the caravan itself. Has double bed at the front of the caravans seating area cupboards, cooker, fridge, sink, heater, electrical circuit board for lights etc, no leaks and is dry, no leaks on any of the windows, paper has come away from the surface in the corners of the van under the seating area at the front , please see photographs the paper and surface are dry so believe this may be to lack of use and no heating through the winter. Bathroom has a shower room with a sink, shower tray, and a swivel thetford toilet, splash backs fitted and corner shelving in bathroom for storage the bathroom shower tray has a shower door that is plastic with a crack in the perspex, a sliding door separates kitchen and bathroom.

Floor is a bit spongy in places and requires repair, however I ripped the carpet up to take a look and saw it had already had some work done to strengthen the floor and thought it was ok but still needed repair to bring the van up two a good standard. Upon further inspection I noticed the exterior lining under the van had been strengthened so confirmed my opinion that the floor would need some attention at some point in the future.

The exterior is not in bad condition for a van of this age apart from needing moss removed that has stained the front and rear of the van, in need of a serious clean, a couple of drilling holes are apparent where outside aerials have been fitted outside the van on both sides at the front. repair is required outside of van where I think the shower tray may have had a leaking seal around the shower tray at some point the van will need some TLC but can be used for many years once repairs have been done, after measuring the van it is approximately 18 feet long excluding the 3 foot A frame and seven feet wide Approx I can't guarantee lights work for towing but were working when I parked it up last summer, tyres are blown up and the caravan can be towed away, I would like to remind buyers that the van is being sold as spares and repair only so reiterate no guarantee given or implied for the van.
