Traineeship details

A Traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience that is focused on giving young people aged 16-29 the skills that employers are looking for. At its core are work preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.


Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths and English and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other job.

Work experience will include:

Contacting customers and businesses
Successful use of social media playforms
Promoting products, services and special deals
Updating customer records on computer systems
Advising customers about delivery times
Setting up appointments for senior sales staff
Providing after-sales service
Reception and office management
Training to be provided

Level 1 Personal Development & Employability Skills
Functional Skills in Maths and English upto Level 2
On the job training will be provided
