One pair is brand new and boxed never used.

The other pair is used lightly and comes with hardcase and original box.

The mic don't work with my phone on the used set, this is possibly due to my phone. Not sure about the new set.

The new set have a warranty.

Apart from the mic issue these are great for noise cancelling etc. Not good if you wear glasses as I found it uncomfortable. Hence I am selling.
