We are a club established in 1978, and have always been long term hirers only having to move 4 times in the last 43 years.

Due to uncertainties at our current home we are seeking a new one, can you help?

We can pay £10,000 to £12,000 per year and need a space of approx 700 sq meters (7535 sq feet) or greater if available located within the Black County and close surrounding area.

It can be any sort of building i.e Unit / Warehouse / Barn / School Hall etc as long as it's one big indoor open space (like the photo) rather than lots of small areas. Is inside, secure, water tight and has electricity, toilet facilities.

We are great tenants and would be very low maintenance, self sufficient and there for the long term.
