The rimless toilet/bidet is virtually brand new. It was installed for a few days but due to the space it overwhelmed our 2 x 2 meter shower room. It has been used for a few days only but I have bleached it thoroughly.

You cannot fit the toilet without the frame (that is a hidden £200 when you buy to toilet!) The main crux of the rimless toilet/bidet is the frame needed to hang it on the wall, off the floor, this was our problem, Window ledge height and height of the frame we couldn't get the clearance (an inch only) under the pan.
The Vanity Sink is about four years old and is fitted with a top of the range Waterfall Hudson Reed Tap.
There is a perfectly serviceable Shower Valve / Mixer as new.
There is also shower head which is virtually new.
All Screws and fitting present.

Pics show the toilet flush panel as slightly scuffed - its the refection of a tree/roof. It is very shiny and perfect condition. This pics show the newness of the toilet bidet frame.

There is over £600 worth of bathroom ware here that would be great for someone refurbishing on a budget or a Landlord updating a property.

I would be happy to accept all items (with hindsight!) so I would not sell something I would not be prepared to have myself.

Man next door has a van so can deliver locally for petrol if it helps.

There is an absolute bargain waiting to be had here.. I wanted it all but it did not want us because it wouldn't fit our space. It really is as simple as that!
