Vacancies have become available for care staff in a small, friendly, private intensive care team.
There are two people on every shift at all times, one is clinically responsible for the client and the other is a support role.
This position is for someone to support the clinical HCA with infection control, cleaning tasks, ironing, assisting with manual handling when required, etc. This vacancy is paid at £8.29ph.
Experience is not essential as training can be given, a good work ethic, a willingness to learn and ability to take instruction is extremely important.
Driving licence is not required as the position does not involve any driving and the location is easily accessible by many public transport routes.
Care training is available to intensive care levels and funded NVQ's are also available after a successful probationary period.
On completion of training and when able to take clinical lead on shift the hourly rate for the position rises to £9.40ph.
This position is approximately 24 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, some days, some nights and some weekends. All shifts are 8-8.
Nights are waking nights. Shifts are done on a rota basis.
Position is based in the clients private family home therefore family members including children may be around at times.
Located in Great Barr near the Scott arms.
