She'll 5w40 oil, air, fuel, pollen filters All changed, NGK iridium spark plugs , new rocker cover gasket as this was leaking! New cam belt +water pump

-Bad points -
Has spacers fitted to rear and does rub slightly on arches but they can be removed! Does not bother me as I don't have any problems and I dont carry much passengers!
brake pad light on dash but comes on intermittent due to sensor broke on brake pad! Has dent in drivers door due to wind blew open in the last storm into a lamp post!
Drives faultless message for viewings! 12-months mot but car will be sorn when viewed as new car forces sale 3k ovno please don't ask for best price as you will be blocked
